My career has taken me through leadership and coaching roles at some of the most respected luxury fitness brands in the industry. At Equinox in Washington, DC, I earned the rank of Tier 3+ Trainer, working with high-profile professionals, executives, and public figures who demanded measurable, lasting results.
I was a founding trainer at Thesis, the most exclusive luxury personal training studio in DC, where I also served as Client Success and Sales Manager. There, I combined coaching with building systems for client retention and service excellence.
I’ve held leadership positions as Fitness Director and Personal Training Director at premier luxury fitness clubs like Life Time and others — recruiting, developing, and leading teams of high-performing trainers, while maintaining a culture centered on client results and accountability.
