I’m Tijani Mottley — a fitness coach who specializes in building sustainable systems for busy professionals.

I’ve coached over 10,000 hours in person and online, working with busy professionals, parents, and high performers. My background includes elite fitness environments such as Equinox as a Tier 3+ trainer, Thesis as a founding trainer and client success manager, and leadership roles at luxury brands including Life Time.

I don’t believe personal trainers create lasting change. Fitness coaches do. Real results come from integrating training, nutrition, and accountability into your life — not just shaking hands after a session and hoping for the best.
